This “Employee Candidate Disclosure Text” has been prepared by the data controller VODATECH ÇAĞRI MERKEZİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (“COMPANY”), whose identity is given below, in order to fulfill the disclosure obligation regarding the processing of your personal data within the scope of the recruitment, suitability and evaluation of the competencies of employee candidates, in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Disclosure Obligation.

1. Purpose and Identity of the Data Controller

In addition, in case of your explicit consent, the personal data shared with the Company may be stored by the Company for 1 year in order to re-contact the employee candidate and to be evaluated in the relevant position in case of an open position in line with the above-mentioned purposes.

Your personal data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized when the purpose requiring the processing of your personal data in accordance with Article 7/1 of the LPPD disappears and/or the statute of limitations / retention periods that we are required to process your data in accordance with the legislation expire.
